USCIS has announced a maintenance window for selected online services, including case status lookups. During the window, some pages may be unavailable or return errors.

The maintenance does not change the date a paper or online application was received. If a deadline falls during the window, use the filing method specified in the form instructions and keep evidence of submission.

After the window closes, check your case status and download any notices that arrived while the system was unavailable.
